Match the photo to the order first
Kakobuy’s purchase flow includes warehouse photos after the item arrives. Compare the photographed item with the selected colour, labelled size, version and included pieces in your order—not just the seller’s cover image. A photo of a similar item cannot settle a question about this order.
The size label, model marking and identifiable components help connect the photo to the specification. If those details are not visible, name the missing detail when you send an order message.
Choose the view that can answer it
| Your question | Useful visible evidence | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Is this the selected colour? | An overall view and the colour/option label where one exists. | Lighting and screens can change the apparent shade. |
| Is the labelled size correct? | A readable garment or shoe size label. | The label does not establish body fit or internal shoe space. |
| Are the listed pieces present? | The item and its included parts shown together. | If a part is outside the frame, the photo cannot show whether it is included. |
| Does this seam have a visible problem? | A sharp close view of the specific seam and its surrounding area. | A photo cannot establish long-term strength. |
| Does the dimension match? | The whole measurement with both endpoints and scale visible. | A cropped tape or different starting point cannot support the comparison. |
A closer photo helps only with a visible question
The detail is clear
Compare it with the order or the seller’s stated dimension. There is no need to request the same view again.
The angle or scale is missing
Ask for the label, opening or measurement endpoints that are out of view. State the item and exact location.
The question needs a test
Comfort, authenticity and electronic function cannot be resolved by asking for more ordinary photos.
For a measurement request, use the definitions in Clothing Fit or Shoe Sizing. For an inside view, identify the bag opening or compartment rather than asking for “more detail” without a location.
Describe the difference in an order message
Kakobuy documents an order-message function under My Orders. State the ordered option, the visible marking or component, and the difference you want clarified. Include the relevant image or measurement reference.
If a photo shows a different option, marking or component from your order, point out that difference and ask what can be done at the current order stage.
What a QC photo can’t confirm
Kakobuy’s inspection guidance describes appearance-related checks such as model, style and size. It also sets limits around sealed packaging and access to some items. Its guidance does not promise electronic function, authenticity or quality testing.
A readable label or visible component can answer a specific comparison. It is not a certification of the whole product. For uncertainty about which version was ordered, return to the product option before requesting another view.
