Foot, insole and outsole are not interchangeable

Use the chart for the exact pair
Match the model or version, the seller’s size system and the measurement unit before comparing numbers. An EU, US or UK label without its chart leaves room for a mismatch. A conversion table from another model cannot establish the size of this listing.
If the chart says “foot length”, use the method it specifies for that measurement. If it says “insole”, do not silently substitute your foot length. Ask what the column means when the heading is ambiguous; do not add a guessed allowance and treat the result as a recommended size.

A side view does not establish width or comfort
A stated width, a model-specific width chart or a clearly defined measurement can answer a width question. A top-down photo may show the shoe’s outline, but perspective and the upper’s construction prevent it from proving internal space. The same applies to arch feel, cushioning and comfort.
Where a seller provides a width measurement, identify its location and method before comparing it with another shoe. “Wide-looking” is a visual impression, not a width specification.
When the received pair is photographed
Read the size and model markings that are actually visible, and compare both shoes where the labels can be seen. Match those markings with the ordered option. A box label alone does not show that both shoes carry the same label.
For an unclear label or measurement, request a view aimed at that detail. Kakobuy’s appearance inspection does not establish personal fit or authenticate the shoe. If an old shoe link has changed, identify the current model before reusing its old size advice.
